Recruiter requests reference contacts from candidate by entering basic position information and candidate’s contact information at a secure online site. This action automatically generates an email to the candidate fully explaining the process.
Candidate enters reference contact information
Candidate enters email IDs and phone numbers of prior supervisors, subordinates or other work relationships according to criteria established in the email. Once entered, emails are sent automatically to reference contacts explaining the process and requesting a reference.
References receive web reference link
References are available only to the recruiter and require minimal time to complete, promoting participation by the reference. Reminder emails are sent automatically by ReferenceRight.
